Our salesman spent 3 hours personally training us on the use of all the technology in our Telluride. We've never had a salesman as thorough and dedicated as this gentleman.

I brought my vehicle into KIA because I was experiencing vibrations from underneath when on the HWY. My service advisor Nick and Kareem the car maintenance supervisor rode with me so I could identify the issue with them there. Kareem immediately noticed the vibration and had an idea what the problem was. When my vehicle was returned to me Nick escorted me to my car and the vibration issue was gone. Smooth driving on the HWY.
