I like how I don't feel like I am being attacked with tons of things wrong with my car to get more things serviced. I appreciate the email telling me what is recommended and then I choose through the email what I want done. No high pressure sales pitches.

Courtesy had the inventory and the car I wanted. Worked a deal out with Nicco over the phone. Drove extra 150 miles to this dealership. No surprises. I was in a hurry and was in and out in excellent time. Bottom line, I was happy with the experience and like being treated well.
