I was given an appointment and still had to wait four hours for repair. I know it take time to repair how about giving an approximate time of repair when appointment is made.

there was a recall on my vehicle so i made an appointment and brought it in. I was impressed by the employee, believe his name was Winston, and he immediately told me his name and greeted me; he impressed me the most. i picked up my car after receiving my phone call. My favorite employees are Eric (who is wonderful) and now Winston. They are keepers!!!!
