Allen (from Brooklyn), our salesman, was top notch! Honestly everything you could want in a car salesman. He helped my daughter and I find a used car that was perfect for her. He went above and beyond in being clear in his communication, he was blunt, honest, and offered copies of any paperwork even before we were 100% sold on the car...just honestly he seemed like a great guy overall! We did a test drive and needed a few days to wait for it to be inspected (it was fresh off the delivery truck) and he held the car for us so noone else would test drive or buy it before we could see it again after the inspection. He came in on his day off to get our second test drive and waited for me to get off work to help my daughter (19) with the paperwork and whatnot. He sat in the car with my daughter for a good 20 minuets showing her how everything worked, connecting her phone, clearing the old synced data, just totally above and beyond!! Allen was everything we'd ever hope for in a salesman. If the finance guy would have been straight up with me about everything, like I asked, I would have given 5 stars. But he was doing his job, did it well, and I'm not faulting him for that, just not how I like to be handled.
