As soon as I drove in, the car was vacuumed and I was greeted. Ashley was my service coordinator and she did an outstanding job and was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We were greeted and directed to a service agent, who explained what you would be doing. We were told our expected wait time and shown where to enjoy coffee and snacks. Our car was ready for us by the time we were quoted, and we were on our way. Have always found Courtesy Kia to be top notch!

Getting my Kia serviced is always a pleasant experience. If I am working in lobby, I can grab a cup of coffee and work away. I enjoy looking at upgrades options. I also like if I need something someone is there. If I’m not I’m not bothered! I definitely feel like they are happy I am here to complete service. They let me know what my Kia may need today or in the future.
