This was a 5 Star experience. The salesman explained everything to us. starting with what type of auto you would need to explaining a great length all the features available to us in our new car.

My service advisor, Nick was very helpful and thoughtful in my distraught situation. I had a blown engine and warranty issues. It took a few days but he was able to get the problems taken care of and my vehicle repaired. In my opinion, he went out of his way to help me out.

Overall very good. the process was simple, smooth and easy. Test driving was organized and available. Price discussions were reasonable and the final paperwork was organized and efficient. Overall, a good experience.

It was easy but the wait was very long for an oil change even with an appointment (2 hours). It seemed as though there were too many appointments made this day in general.
