car problems totally confuse me. The people at Courtesy Kia took what was a confusing time for me and did what could be done to my car that day so I could make and appointment with them to get the car serviced totally. I appreciate the efforts of the service manager most of all. He was so much help to me and made a difficult few hours a lot easier to navigate.

Always clean and service is great

The service rep was very efficient. She told me the approximate time of my wait, and she was within about 5 minutes of the time. The waiting area was clean. I also enjoyed the refreshments while waiting.

Had an early morning appointment. I was quickly checked in and taken to Julien's desk where he finished the check-in process. He was very courteous and explained everything to me.
