My experience at Kia with my oil change went well. Also, the person in charge of taking care of me & my car, Julian was very kind. He got my car straight to the point & answered all my questions along with giving me helpful tips. My only negative during my experience was that instead of the oil change being an hour like it was suggested it would be, it in fact took about 3 hours in total because of some backup. Other than that, I really enjoy servicing my car at the Brandon Kia.
