Work done was good, however, overall time to wait was quite long. Original estimate given was 2 hours. Almost 3 hours later inquired if completed and was told the vehicle was heading to the car wash station. I asked to skip that as I needed to get back to work. More accurate wait time estimates would be appreciated.

My service rep is Jenny. Jenny is very professional and very honest. She does a very good job at explaining the problems and the best way to go about fixing them. She is very knowledgeable the best thing is I feel when I'm dealing with he I know I will be advised in the best way possible.

The team provided excellent, customer-centered care. Erich was a great customer advocate. Clay provided efficient shuttle to and from my job with timely updates. My only wish for improvement, I had so many service recommendations for my vehicle, I was distracted from basic service needs, such as tire rotating. I was past due for a tire rotation and did not get this service done.
