Marc was awesome

Zack was great! He let us look around at cars without hovering or coming to us every few minutes.

Eric Martinez went above and beyond to ensure my issue was addressed in a timely manner . The service department was extremely busy with a lot of elders who wanted to have their work completed in 5 minutes and Eric literally maintained his positive professionalism and took care of those customers as well.

I highly recommend Brandon Kia! Their service is absolutely amazing, all while keeping you informed about what's going on with your vehicle. If you have a chance I would hands down recommend Erich Freeman, he always provides top notch service whenever I take my car in it.

Great customer service, always nice to interact with happy/nice people. I only gave it a 4 star because: 1) although this oil change service is free, in the future it will be very expensive compared with other locations 2) took approximately 1-1.5 hours for an oil change...thats a lot of time, other places offer 30-min or less. otherwise, great service. thank you
