Personal experience with salesmen was professional. I did overhear a lot of loud discussions between employees and a bit of foul language. I spoke to the individual about that who immediately apologized. My new lease on a K5 was completed very quickly. However, the vehicle prep was somewhat lacking in that all four wheels were not fully cleaned of road grime and the driver's side sheet-metal, from the knee level down, was not cleaned well either. Having to make another trip to dealer to get the windows tinted is somewhat of an inconvenience as well since I live 40 miles away.
