Overall, my experience was very good. I did not give 5 stars because of two things... First, the person who met me when I first drove in had his face mask down around his chin, and got pretty close to me to check in. Also while waiting in the lobby, many of the sales personnel were either not wearing a face mask, or wearing them improperly. Secondly, I was told by the advisor that the seat would be covered and the inside area wiped down once the service was completed, and this did not happen, so I had to wipe down the interior myself. This is a scary time with the COVID still spreading, and the dealership should be doing everything possible to mitigate the virus from spreading.

Darryl did a great job with the sales process. He took the time to communicate with us regularly since most of our process was over the phone. He responded quickly to all of our questions and was very helpful. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership because of Darryl and his efforts.
