Victor was awesome, not pushy, very helpful in finding the proper vehicle for our needs, my wife is handicapped so we need something specific to make it easy getting her in and out of a vehicle.

Going into the dealership, I already knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend but that don’t mean I’m not going to ask questions. My first sales person I encountered, I don’t feel as though he was selling me the car. To me he wasn’t treally trying to help me so I ended up leaving. The sales man I was originally was suppose to be with wasn’t there but I ended up giving him a call back the next day to ask about the same vehicle but in a different color. When I got to the dealership later that day, I spent time with Nicco, going over some things and looking at the gold color K5. Nicco was awesome and he gave me all the information I needed. He was picking up from where the other salesman left off but I wish I would have seen him on the first visit. Nicco was very patient and made sure all my questions were answered. Besides a few hiccups with the car that was not Niccos’s fault, I had a great experience with him. Nicco is the reason I’m giving this rating a five star review. He was so good that we actually went back a few days later and purchased another vehicle with him. Thanks again Nicco, you deserve a promotion. To anyone reading this, if you looking to buy a car, go see Nicco.

great experience buying my first car

Excellent

I came in for a simple computer recall. Had an appointment for 8 am, came in a few minutes early and Eric got me in and out in no time flat! Was able to make all my other appointments on time because of the quick service!

Service rep was immediate, service took about the time estimated, waiting area was comfortable, and end of service checkout fast. Very pleased.
