Great service from the service worker great communication with this customer

I had to wait a week to get appt with the window tent guy. I had a long wait for service appt at 11am and then the window tent repaired at 2pm. Also couldn't get anything done to correct how my Android phone connected with the car. Waiting area was nice and staff very pleasant.

We had a problem with our sportage but Ashley kept us informed on fixing it and she called when the parts came in and the problem was taken care of. She’s the best!

I was immediately greeted by a friendly person at the entrance and was connected to one of Brandon Kia Salesperson, Victor Torres. We had a great conversation about the expectations I have for the vehicle that best fit my needs. We calculated what fits my financial abilities. It is important for me to stay on budget. Victor moved quickly to obtain all the necessary information and explored all his resources to finally get me into a perfect fit. I love my new vehicle and it does not stress my budget in any way. All the people I met while my purchase at Brandon Kia, made me feel like I was the only person there. Their focus on me makes me feel appreciated as a customer. I have never experienced that level of professional and friendly treatment in any other car dealership.

Arrived 5min early & was able to drive right up!

Erich is awesome. He keeps us updated on the status of our vehicle, answers any and all questions and is accommodating for our schedule to make sure we can get our vehicles taken care of. Service techs always do a great job and return our cars looking great!

Courteous and work area was easy to work from. Car was returned cleaned.
