I cannot say enough GREAT things about Jhon at this dealership. My husband was in the market for the new Telluride. Why ? You ask we travelled 3 hours to purchase a car. Well for starters the Kia Dealerships in our area weren’t treating us RIGHT. (*clears throat* Gunther Kia). Secondly, Jhon is AAAHHHHMAZING!!! My hubby did a internet search for the vehicle he wanted, Jhon gave him a call, they corresponded via text and email, and walla the rest is history. He was able to take care of everything over phone including the down payment. But he went above and beyond when he picked us up at the airport. As promised we spent minimal time (1 1/2 hours) at the dealership signing papers and completing financing. Jose, our financing guy; professional and transparent. He respected that we knew what we wanted and did not try to over sell us an exorbitant amount of add-ons. Thank you for that.
