We had brought the car in for service after getting bad gas. Initially I was not happy with the level of service. However, our rep Erich did the right thing and got the car back to us a day earlier then expected. He also waived the fee to get the gas out of the car which was greatly appreciated.

This was my first time appointment for my 5009 scheduled maintenance and it was very nice to see that professionalism is still alive and well. From my initial drive into the service lane to the exit after the service was done. The service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable of the needed service to my vehicle and handled the check in in a excellent manner. He told me about the other amenities that was associated with service department and customer lounge. The only problem I have was the actual wait time for my vehicle service. It was approximately promise to take one and a half hours but it took more than two hours for a oil and filter change. That's not acceptable for such a minor detail .
