It is always a pleasure to drop off my vehicle and know it will be taken care of properly. All service reps are wonderful. This time it was Brad and he addressed all my concerns timely.

I got right in which surprised me. I spoke to the lady and told her if it was going to take more than 2 hours I was leaving. Everytime I come for an oil change it usually takes at least 4 hours. Thank God Drew made sure everything was done in a timely matter. He was very professional and explained the urgency needed on some work to be done to my car. Anyway, I'll be calling within 2 weeks to get things scheduled

After my previous vehicle bit the dust, I was a little stressed about having to buy a new car. We came in to look for a new vehicle within budget, which I was already prepared to possible be disappointed. Our sales guy, Elroy made sure to listen to all of my needs and concerns about getting a new vehicle. He gave me options, then told me about a car he had coming in that had very low miles on it. I wanted to wait for that one but I didn't have a way to get to work and my daughter to school since my old car wasn't working. He made sure that I could get in a loaner vehicle until I could come in and look at the new car. It turned out to be so much better then I thought and extremely low miles. I'm absolutely happy with the whole transaction and would highly recommend not only Courtesy Kia of Brandon to my friends, but also Elroy!

Over the past 12-years, I have owned, via Courtesy KIA 2-KIA Souls and currently, a new KIA Telluride. All of my past vehicles (twelve years) have been serviced by Courtesy KIA with a 5-star rating, and currently, I return to Courtesy KIA because of their outstanding, professional staff and service personnel. They, too get my 5-star rating. A personal pat on the backs to Courtesy KIA’s senior level executives & managers.

I purchase my 2016 Sorento xl, and I tell you I have an awesome experience when I come in for a service on my vehicle. It's always excellent experienced. From greeting from the service team and of course my service Lady is Jenny. Jenny always has a smile on her face...Yes, she a keeper. Even though we have the 2 hurricanes, your team is simply the best. This is including the mechanics too.Robbin Taylor
