I really hate to buy cars. You always feel pressured and I feel they never really listen to you . This was not my experience on Saturday 7/18/20. Darryl Malmin was a complete professional but very down to earth. He and Chris Engel my auto advisor were a dream team and I love my new Kia Soul. I will definitely recommend Mr Malmin and Cortesy Kia to my friends and family. You are lucky to have Mr. Malmin he knows his stuff and is an asset to your company. Thanks again, Jayne Cowan🥰
