I had an emergency flat tire and no spare in my Kia Soul. The helpful service agents helped me to contact a tow truck, and kept me up to date on the repair. Courtesy Kia in Brandon finished this repair before they closed for the weekend, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received.

Robert checked one me multiple times while I was waiting and offered the shuttle to take me to get food. Even though I didn’t, it was very much appreciated!!!

Overall so far it has been a great experience regarding service. Thanks.

The service attendant was very courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. He kept me informed about my vehicle. He showed me a list of the recommended maintenance and the urgency of each one. We discussed each item. I really appreciate his attendance to my vehicle and me.
