My experience was great! I love the valet service option. I would to keep that as an option as well as the coupons that come in the mail for oil change packages.

I had a great experience because of Tony. I didn't get the car I came for but Tony helped me feel good about my decision to go with the Soul. He was matter of fact without the high pressure and salesman pitch.
