3 days after my purchase my sales rep Brendon called to check on me and asked me to come by on Monday (last week) and do a survey and get a free tank of gas. I made an appt at 11am. I arrived and waiting 20 minutes. I sent him a text, no response. The receptionist was calling him with no success. I have not heard from him since (one week later). I responded to your dealership to say I wanted to do a proper delivery going through all the systems and heard nothing back at all. Brendan was great with his knowledge of the vehicle and the purchase process however, after the sale I have been very disappointed with the dealership.
