2 hour wait for an oil change, with an appointment.

Due to my circumstances, I came into the dealership with low expectations. I had in mine an older, used Kia Soul but had only $500 to put down and credit issues. Deondre went to bat for me and got me approved for a newer 2017 Kia Forte LX with just under 27k miles. I really hadn’t expected that. Deondre and the business managers were very patient with me allowing me time to sort out some insurance issues and the down payment and I drove off in the Forte on a Saturday evening feeling overcome with joy and relief. I’ve been without a car for over 3 years and to drive off in what basically is still a new car was surreal. I thank everyone there for making this happen. Also, I’d like to get more of those “WonderWafers” you use to make the car smell so good inside!
