Our service advisor was great. It took longer to install new back door latch as parts gave the tech the wrong part.

I have been having the same issue for over 2 years, everytime I take the car in I get the same results, they cannot duplicate the issue, Finally after all this time I get a different service adviser which seems to be more on the ball, car was worked on and we thought it was resolved, but issue came back within an hour. Car is in the shop again and this time they gave me a loaner. At least we're moving ahead now.
