Went in with a dead battery on the Kia shortage that I bought a few weeks before. Came out with a new battery at no charge. Excellent service and friendly staff. I will be back... Thanks Kia

Tony, our service rep, was very pleasant and excited to help us resolve our maintenance concerns. He was honest about our needs, thorough in explaining services, and accommodating with scheduling. Even the technician, T.S., left a little Thank You note in our car after a simple oil change while Tony scheduled additional services for the following day. I really felt appreciated as a customer and hope this trend of putting customers first continues in order to combat the stereotypes against dealership services.

Great! Eric my service associate was absolutely helpful and explained everything that done with my vehicle in which needed attention. The sales staff was also very kind and took the time to answer my questions and show me the new 2020 vehicles, even though I was not interested in upgrading.
