This Dealer is AWESOME !! VERY friendly and efficient. But be prepared to be over run with emails , texts and phone calls every time you go! We went there last Friday for ONLY a oil change and I have received emails , phone calls and text messages daily asking how our visit was. I even told the last person who called me to STOP !! Great Dealer but becoming a pest !

My service experience was very good. The service writer listened and was understanding. Getting a free car wash was a nice touch. At end the service writer walked me to the car and shook my hand. This kind of service would make me consider Courtesy Kia for my next car.
