I can honestly say that my experience with Kia went well. I must inform you that my Customer Service Representative Marcelino (Tony) was such a pleasure dealing with him. He handled all of my concerns and he was always very pleasant. On my future visits for service on my Kia Sorento, I will always ask to speak with Tony.

From the time I pulled up into the bay, everyone was friendly and helpful. The service was done in a day as advised. Ashley was awesome. The only issue I had was someone went through my center console. There was no reason for anyone to look in my console. I didn't notice anything missing (I don't keep valuables in my car), but it's just unacceptable.
