very nice show room people was very friendly first car not a Chevrolet .

my service provider did a good job but I am always disappointed with he lack of communication when it comes ot issues with my vehicle. It's hard to be a loyal customer when I get faulty news from your dealership and have to get outside options or coming in for the same issue over and over and takes a few visits to figure the problem or resolve it. I hope your auto team can improve on this. Also it is impossible to get your service provider on the phone with out getting relayed around and hung up on. I was recently in your shuttle and the passenger behind me was dealing with the same issue and I understood his frustration.

Service was on time and they were very helpful!

Always greeted warmly by service personnel, dropped off vehicle for oil change and advised what else i wanted looked at; they call with any other items which need to be addressed but not a "hard" sell; they give recommendations and let me make the choice. Call when vehicle ready and I pick up. Bring car to me after washing. What could be better? Call Jennie or Erich and I think you will be pleased. As a female, I used to dread taking my car to a dealership, but Courtesy Kia has changed my attitude!

It was amazing! Zack was so helpful and patient 😊. He allowed me options and explained the different features of each vehicle. My heart was set on the Kia Sportage, and I drove home with the 2019 Sportage!!! You don't understand how happy I am. I am glad I chose Courtsey Kia. Thanks Zack and Bassam so much!! I truly feel blessed to finally have vehicle I've wanted!!!!
