The service representative I worked with was excellent. She advised me how long it would take and it was ready when promised. They also did a great job washing it.

Service dept was great however Rosa in sales was a disappointment She asked me to call and get my payoff which I dif When she came back she abruptly said I can't help you in a rude eay and walked off Ive benn a customer for years and have never been treated so rudely
