Everytime I go to get my car service. The customer service I receive is outstanding

Easy purchase. Started on line and finished at the dealership.

Greeted as I drove up service was done quickly and clean!

It is always a great professional experience. I do feel there should be more discount offers for repairs and parts. It gets very expencive.

Went in to have the GPS and in car phone systems checked as they were not working. Techs went over the systems but found nothing - it turned out the issue was caused by a Verizon phone upgrade which was remedied by resetting the factory settings. Regardless the tech showed a real concern about fixing the issue and made sure that I followed up with them if the issue re-occurred in the future.

The customer service and courtesy ride was great but the part was not available having me to come back.
