One week ago, I said goodbye to my 2006 Kia Optima that I owned for 12 years. When I said gooodbye, my car had 301,000 miles on it!! We had a great run and I wasnt ready to let go. The day after my car stopped running, I went straight to Kia of Brandon to look for my next vehicle! Darryl Malmin and the finance team made the impossible, POSSIBLE. I drove home in a 2019 Kia Forte and it’s all thanks to Darryl. He worked very hard on my behalf that day. I was satisfied with the work getting the recalls done. I appreciated the inspection and service recommendations. I have a roof leak when it rains. It was suggested I replace my rear window washer. I didn’t get a clear answer why. I put a little sealer around the opening for the window washer and it hasn’t leaked since. The service agent was courteous and the car was done in the time promised.

The waiting time for the service provided was reasonable. The Service Adviser, Jenny Monge took the time to go over the Automobile Status Report with me and made several recommendations.
