Never bought a car from a dealership before. I went in after finding a good used Kia Soul candidate online and met Jim who showed me around. That car wasn't quite what I wanted though and I was ready to move along to another seller. However later that night Jim called me and suggested a similar Soul that did meet my requirements though pushed the budget up a bit too far. Went in the next day for a test drive expecting to have to say no because of the higher cost but Jim and the sales manager Edward worked with me and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. Signed the papers and bought it that day! Top notch service from these guys, really great buying from them even as an out-of-state resident they took care of everything. A week later I'm still excited about my new (used) car and have no regrets. Many thanks to everyone who made it happen especially Jim C. - if he hadn't gone the extra mile and called me that night I would have never left so satisfied.
