I guess service was ok. I had to wait 20 minutes in line waiting for a service specialist. I heard one of the service say well this is the worst day to come quite grumpy. She is at end counter and never smiles. I thought that $79. Deal you emailed us was a good thing. However I don’t know that I got much more than the $59 service and it cost me $90! The length of time waiting was about usual 1 1/2 hrs. Your chairs are still the most uncomfortable I have ever seen. There were no crackers.

The only reason that I come to this service center at Kia is because of my service advisor. Jenny is the best at what she does. I see a lot of turn over there but I see constantly is Jenny. She is definitely an asset to the service department. She is always working when I come in and it seems she deals with the most customers. My brother in law has a Kia as well and I told him to use Jenny as his advisor and to my surprise he said he already did and loved her. Let me Reiterate the Only reason I come here is because she is an excellent service advisor who I trust will take care of my service needs.

My vehicle was having issues with not allowing me to drive over 30 mph. I called Kia and they made an appointment that same day and had to keep my vehicle for a few days. They provided me with a vehicle while mine got fixed. It was an overall pleasant experience.

I would have to say my service advisor Erich W. Freeman was excellent and his customer service was a breath of fresh air. He took his time to explain each recommendation needed for my Kia and also gave me a minute to speak to my husband and in on stop that he was very patient and spoke to my husband as well.And also help secure a lower price for my new tires and brake. He made spending money a pleasure and also because of his recommendations I am safe on the road. I will be returning in the future. And thank you Mr. Freeman and don't lose that winning personality.

Was slightly surprised that the mileage on the car was misadvertised. The sales associate did everything he could to make up for it
