My services that day was great. The courtesy driver was friendly and took me where I need to go and waited on me. The lady at the counter kept me updated with the status of my car by texting.

Always have a good experience when I come to Courtesy KIA. They are quick to get me in, hospitable with free water while I wait in their comfortable waiting area, and come and get me when they are finished servicing my car. I feel that they do a very good job. They explain what needs to be done if they find something more than what the car was brought in for, asking if I want them to fix it. I trust them to do only what the car needs and feel they do just that. I also like the service department's hours. They make it easy for the working person to get their car serviced. I also love the free car wash. I am VERY satisfied.

I had 3 recalls and I was also due an oil change which was requested. When the car was returned to me the oil change was not done. The matter was addressed promptly and I was given a courtesy oil change.

I was very pleased with my visit, and especially our car salesman Reggie. I also really enjoyed Andres from financial department. The car was great and they gave us a reasonable price. However, the only unpleasant thing that I found was the car sales manager Dan "from Ireland". He was too pushy and made me and my family feel uncomfortable. He disregarded what we wanted and tried to push his sales tactic to make us buy on the spot. If we were to meet him first, we would have definitely not have bought a car there. No wonder he's not the one to greet people. Therefore, is the reason why I give only 4 stars. Regardless, I like Kia and I liked the people there. Great service and honest people, aside from the one other.
