I originally spoke to a salesman prior to arriving to the dealership, however, he was unavailable for our scheduled appointment. Despite that, I was helped promptly and efficiently by another salesman who did his best to help me and work with my situation. I ended up getting exactly what I needed, and the process was painless. Good experience.

Great follow up with me in regards of what needs to be done to my car or suggestive needs for my car.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and tire balancing. Unfortunately the tech found that some of my tires have chop and can no longer be balanced. I was provided a reasonable estimate or new tires, which I declined, and was only charged for the oil change. I appreciate the shop's honesty and that there was no pressure.
