Everything went very smooth. Ashley Craig (my service advisor) kept me up to date on what was going on with my Soul. The only complaint I have is when you get text messages from KIA "recommending" different services than what you are there for and they "seem" to be services you "need" but they aren't. Overall, it has been a positive experience.

When the job was not completed in a timely manner, a rental car was provided. The job was completed the following morning to my satisfaction.

Rosa was just what I wanted in a sales person. No push, no nonsense. The finance team went the extra mile to make the deal happen and the service department even played a role due a tire issue. Could not be more pleased with the experience.
