I love that Courtesy Kia of Brandon schedule's your appointment at a timely matter. Everyone seems to work as a team. They keep you informed the whole time their working on your vehicle. I've have never had to bring my car back. It's done right the first time. Everyone is so friendly. They also have a nice clean sitting area, if your waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Have always changed the oil myself, but the service and price is excellent so I have it done there. The only thing I have to watch is one time I came in for an oil change and left with a new car.
