In short, my experience was outstanding! My service advisor, Erich, should be teaching classes on the customer experience. He is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and most importantly, trustworthy. He's invested the time in building trust with me and that's not something I say lightly. In having the opportunity to work with Erich a few times now since I bought my Telluride, I cannot say enough positive things about Erich. He is easy to talk with, he explains things in plain English and is just a good person. I live in South Tampa, so getting out to Brandon to service my vehicle is chore but even with little tire issue on my most recent visit, my wife said to me "just take it to Erich. You know you will get an honest answer from him." That statement from her made me realize how much I have talked about Erich around the house.

I've taken my car there because I trust their work and also Ashley Craig has help ed me every time I go in but maybe once that she might have been all and that is one of the other good reasons that I go to Kia and Brandon. If everybody had employees like Ashley that's so personal she smiles she laughs with you she's smart and never makes you feel like she's in a hurry. I always wait for her to be able to help me.

I had to cancel my appointment, wait time was too long and shuttle service was not an option due to its limitations.
