Darryl and Frank (salesmen) were excellent. Darryl had a very calm demeanor and was very informative. He spent so much time with me on my first trip and again when I brought my husband and daughter for a test drive. He was not pushy at all and that's one of the things that drew me back to Brandon Kia. The general manager was accommodating and gave us a terrific deal. Frank was very attentive and thoroughly explained some features on my new car. He wanted to make sure I understood the main features and gave a great tutorial. I appreciate that he took time to help us while Darryl was in training. On my third trip to buy the car, I didn't realize signing for it would take so long. (I was at the dealership for another 2 1/2 hours.) As we sat in finance, information and figures were input and documents were printed multiple times due to errors. I really think that finance should enter the customer's information and verify the info prior to them going into their office. This does not leave a bad taste in my mouth at all, I'll just be prepared that even signing for a new car will take just as long as the test drive and negotiations. Thank you for a great deal on my car!
