Excellent service on my car during this visit. Service personnel were courteous and friendly. Only negative review I have is "contacting the service department." Whenever I called - no one ever answers the phone. I get a recording and leave a message. But then no one ever returns my call. This has happened more than once. I know it can get busy but it gets a bit annoying when I leave a message in the morning and still don't hear back from anyone by late afternoon and then have to call again and hope someone answers. On this recent visit when I dropped off my car - there were at least 4 employees in the service department and no customers except myself and the phone was ringing - yet no one try to answer it. Not good Kia. You need to come up with a better way of dealing with customers in your service department. I have been in various customer service related positions for over 30 years and this is one of the worst I have come across - sorry!

Treated respectfully. When they were unable to provide one of our requests they we're genuinely apologetic. It felt like the team member took it personally that he couldn't honor our request. We really felt appreciated as customers.

This is about the fifth or sixth time I have been to this location and as always they do a great job. The service advisor who is on. Every issue even with the car. Special thanks to Yariel.
