Right when we walked on the lot we had someone acknowledge us and let us take our time while we asked questions and looked at multiple cars. Everyone was very nice that we came across in sales. The only negative thing was that it took a long time to get the paperwork done. We had to wait over two hours for someone from finance and to sign the contract. The salesman was very nice though and apologetic.

I was nervous about going to a dealership as I’ve had bad experiences in the past being a young woman. But my salesman Jim was the best ever and I’m very happy with my car. The experience was painless and great!!

I took my car in to Kia after being told by a tire store that I had 2 unrepairable tires with nails in them. Kia after inspecting my car, found no nails in my tires, gave me a complimentary oil change and sent me on my way.

Very fast and efficient. Engine light on and they fit me in the next day.
