Had a nail in my tire and brought my car in on a Saturday. I thought I'd be there for hours because of the weekend but I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours. The customer service rep was very polite and helpful.

Car was cold when I brought it in.so I was told it could not code correctly..I was told it was the battery. I paid for that..but before I could reach home..the car cut off again. ? Now all lights r on in car to show what the problem may be..I was tld to bring it bk immediately. I did..and they got on it right away. Prognosis. ?crankshaft sensor needs to be replaced. ? They exchange out battery for that..was the same price $140.00. Leo was very accommodating thruout whole process. I only have Kia service my car all these 6 yrs so far..have been very pleased. Looking forward to more discounts for future service.
