After searching online for less than 30 minutes, I had zeroed in on the car that I purchased. I called and Tony Lockett answered the phone, and he immediately addressed my questions and concerns. I told him the maximum amount I had to spend and within 15 minutes, we had agreed on the final cost. One hour later, after an Uber ride over from St. Pete, I was sitting face to face with Tony, who was waiting for me outside when I drove up. He was friendly and honest with me and after showing me the car right outside his desk, we started signing documents. He explained everything in detail, and I felt very comfortable with the terms of the sale. After we finished, he walked me over to finance where I wrote out a check for the total amount and within 2 hours of setting foot on the lot, I was driving home in my Kia Forte. It was a great experience and everyone at Courtesy Kia of Brandon made that all possible.
