I had a very positive service experience with my 2022 Kia Carnival on October 14. Jenny Monge, my service advisor greeted me and my grandson as soon as we arrived at the service bay. She indicated several customers had canceled their scheduled appointments and my car would be serviced that day. I received timely notices concerning diagnosis and timing of completion throughout the day. I appreciated Jenny's attention and effort to please, me the customer.

The services provided were outstanding demonstrating technical expertise, excellent communication, and the utmost professionalism.

I took my Kia K5 in for an oil change and tire rotation. After about 4 hours, the service was finished and I headed home. After driving about 20 miles the check engine and oil lights both came on. I had to pull over as most of the oil had leaked out during this 20 mile drive. Because the car was undrivable, I had to have the car towed back to Courtesy Kia the next day (22+ miles).Tori was my service advisor and because of her concern and staying on top of things, everything worked out. She was in constant contact with me to ensure everything was fixed. As I did not have a ride back to the dealership to pick up the car, Tori arranged to have the car delivered back to me at home once the oil change was redone. Tori is a superstar and truly cares about her customers! Because of her I will continue to have my car serviced by Courtesy Kia in the future (even though Crown Kia is only 2 miles from my house and Courtesy Kia is 22 miles).
