In one manner our expectations were missed.I would expect that, when requesting the Kia 15,000 service that service would be what is listed in the Owner's manual.Your service added a "Throttle body cleaning" component that is not listed by Kia and cost an extra $200 or so in my estimation.Since I was ill and my wife brought the car in, I was not able to discuss it with your Service Advisor and make my decision.
