Work was completed, however it still takes to long to have the work done. I had an 8:40 appointment for an oil change and my car was not done till after 1:00. You really need and express service for this type of service it is getting to be to difficult to get the service done with Kia as everything takes to long I can only do these things on Saturdays as I work 5 days a week and if I have to spend most of the day in your waiting room I can’t get all the other things I have to get done as well.
