I had a good experience with my sales rep, John Hyde. It was quick and easy and I feel like I got a good deal.

There was an error with my new auto registration and Courtesy Kia was pleased to resolve it fir me once I brought it up to them and I am very thankful for that.

This was my first visit to Brandon Kia . The service was good and bad at the same time . Would I recommend Brandon Kia to friends and family. Yes / No . Yes because the service is very good.However when you have an appointment time scheduled . Just like anywhere you expect to be seen within a reasonable time frame.Not a ( 2 ) hour wait time , as I was given. That I was not prepared for . A 15 to 30 minute wait time is reasonable.You did do a good service by paying for a Lyft ride to the mall, as well as bring me back for my car . Which I was very happy about .So I have to rate it lower because of the 2 hour wait time on a scheduled appointment that I was not informed on when scheduling my appointment.
