Nick was very helpful. Instead of taking my keys and sending me on my way, he actually found out what was the issue before I left. That way, I didn't have to wait a day or 2 to hear what was wrong with my car like he thought. It was a quick fix thanks to Nick!

I just don’t understand, if I have an appointment, why isn’t my car serviced right at that time? The 5 hour wait, seems not great. But this definitely seems to be the norm at all dealerships. it’d be nice to have the appointment at the time that was given.Grateful for the Lyft service.Anyway, Ashley was great. The car had two recalls and needed parts replaced.

I had a wonderful experience at kia. My advisor did a great job of letting me know what problems I had with my car and he worked extra hard to get it resolved prior to my appointment date. I will definitely continue to come to this service center in the future.

manager Ashley and I spoke about an ongoing issue with leaking taillights which has created a major issue in my trunk. She quickly updated my appointment, and they know the issue. Part has been ordered and waiting for installation to this ongoing issue.
