Appointment time was exactly on time. Erich Freeman was the service advisor. Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, willing to listen and help. Erich was not a "pushy" service advisor. Took care of all the problems with the Kia Telluride. Appointment scheduled time to be completed was 3 hours and all requested items were completed in 3 hour window.

two recalls and and oil change were completed for my telluride with no issues
