The Service was thorough But slow. Took two hours for an oil change. I am pleased with our work though.

This is the first negative experience I've had with Courtesy Kia in the 7 years I've been going there. But it's not really their fault. What is happening, is that the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, another driver informed me my brake lights weren't working. I took it in to the dealership on Saturday. I can't really complain about the wait, I know what to expect. After 3 or so hours I'm informed a bulb burst and electricity was arcing, damaging the fixture and it's going to be (everything included) a near $600 repair. I know the warranty's expired, but it was a bit of a shock. And unfortunately, they don't have the part in stock. Again, can't really complain since why would they have a part for a 2018 Rio 5-door when Kia doesn't make them anymore. So they ordered it and I brought it back this past Tuesday. I was setup with a shuttle to and from work, I appreciate that. However, while at work, I was informed that the incorrect part was sent, in the correct box. So now I have to bring it back again, on my next day off, this Monday. Now I'm more frustrated - again, it's not the dealership's fault, but it IS the fault of whoever put the wrong part in a box for something else.

Erich was amazing at helping and communicating. I really was disappointed in the car needing a new transmission after only 5 yes old and 92k miles. Erich made the experience better, and the boots/axles.
