They was suppose to have ordered the parts to fix the trim around my windows and the lite covers were turning purple. I said call me when the parts come in. So about month later they call and say parts are in. So they did. They said car should be in shop for one day. I get a call later and Delbert said who ordered these parts for you? I said you should have a paper trail! So like five days later he said they got approval but they forgot to order one of the pieces of trim for the back of window. So what four days later they have my car done. So unprofessional!!! They gave me a loaner car like after they had had my car 7 days. Then he tells me need to rotate my wheels that was 120.00. Which I don’t see any wearing if the tires anywhere ! Then oil change then new filter I ended up paying close to 300.00 for all that. This is the first Kia I have had. Never will I ever buy another one. It had three recalls you can look up. My daughters Kia and her husbands had problems . After those 3 recalls They had to replace trim in my vehicle because the paint was flaking off vents! I should not have had to pay anything after all the hell I have had with this vehicle. I had even talked my ex and her husband they both bought new Kia’s last year. If I new all these problems would pile up I would not have bought a Kia nor would they have!!!

Customer service is great, Unfortunately the car was not tested as i advised to be able and notice the issue. The car has a vibration on the left front wheel when driven up to around 15 miles and when taking a curve you can really feel it. When I picked up the car the rep advised they did drive the car however he could not say if it was as i explained.on the app it shows the trip was made for an average of 28 miles.

My experience is always great. However .y Tellaride been around 85, 000 the oil has just been evaporating and in between oil changes I am having to put 2 to 3 quarts in it. This shouldn't this on a 2021 vehicle so I spoke with my service operator and he just said it's with in specks after we finally did the 1,000 miles. I tried to speak with service manager and assistant manager but I never got a call back from them pertaining to my reason for calling. It just isn't right that my Telluride uses oil like this.
