Experience when buying a vehicle was great and fast - zero complaints! Communication post purchase could have been better when returning to have minor repairs fixed that were negotiated during purchase (rim repaired and tire replaced). Finally got in to have a rim repaired, process was quick and service was friendly. A tire was supposed to be ordered but I was never contacted back about it and did not have the time available to continuously attempt to contact service about it plus drive an hour to dealership. That was disappointing from a customer service perspective. Otherwise experience was okay.

I was very happy with the service. I not happy with the results of my issue. I’ve paying six years worth of an extended warranty that has not been worth the paper it was written on. I was screwed into a useless warranty!

Dominic made the entire experience easy, refreshing, and genuinely enjoyable. He was straightforward and transparent, listened to what we needed, and worked with us in a way that felt respectful and easy-going. The price conversation was clear, they were flexible with our needs, and most importantly — there was no last-minute price changing or “gotcha” add-ons. They even stayed late off the clock to make sure everything was handled properly, which says a lot about how they do business. There are multiple Kia dealerships within an hour of here, and after this experience, I wouldn’t waste my time anywhere else! Courtesy Kia of Brandon has earned our trust, and I’ll be recommending Dominic to everyone I know!!

There was no guidance in what to do. And I was ignored when I pulled up. I was lost in what I should be doing and then I got a call later stating I didn’t follow proper steps when none were told to me. My appointment time being significantly earlier and then the service not being done till hours later
